Hey there everyone, keep reading please, I'm sure you'll find some stuff you like.
ALSO some real important information as well.
Wannabe-Novelists is looking for some new admins to join our team! If interested, let me know, and I'll inform you of your possible duties and a link to a blank application.
To help improve all writers in our group, I'd really like to start a critique system. Possibly a folder entitled 'Critique, Please'. I'm thinking it could work somewhat like this: You submit a deviation to said folder, if you would like a critique (if you do submit a deviation to the 'Critique, Please' folder, the deviation must exist in both said folder and the correct folder it should belong in). Then admins or members can take a look and choose which to read and critique. I can guarantee that if this folder existed, you will receive at the very least one critique. What do you think of the idea? Any suggestions to improve upon it?
Also, to those who sent me a note with their critique requests (not naming names, you know who you are), I have received them. I have had some technical difficulties lately, but I believe they have for the most part resolved. I'll read them as soon as possible.
I would like to start monthly features. So, without further ado, here is March's feature!
//wannabe-novelists.deviantart.com/gallery/32511092#/d4pd7nc: KelaLewis-Morin provides in-depth, thoughtful pieces that make you wonder, but also has a humorous side, as demonstrated in My Disconnected Romance. He has several more fabulous pieces in his gallery that I encourage you to check out!
//wannabe-novelists.deviantart.com/gallery/32552939#/d4hgmsg: shadows260 writes with eerie flourish, with a subtle undercurrent of creepiness worthy of Stephen King. Gripping and holding you in its tight grasp from the moment you start to read, The Watchmaker will leave you breathless.
//wannabe-novelists.deviantart.com/gallery/32552998#/d4n1w51: In this particular piece, BookWurm15 starts out with a bang, immediately making you curious, driving you to continue reading. With realistic writing, endearing characters, and the occasional brilliant wittiness, BookWurm15 will leave you begging for more.
Interested in being featured? Submit your deviations to our group, I'm keeping an eye out for April's features. Don't submit often? No need to fret, I look at other existing deviations already within the group.
one of our affiliates, is hosting a contest. clobrim.deviantart.com/journal… More information about the contest in the link. Members of the group, or affiliates of the group (that's you), are allowed to compete. The deadline is April 10th, and the theme is spring. Good luck to all those who wish to compete!
